Committed to Customer Service Mike McHenry was great to work with. The service center was closed so he ran to the store and bought a replacement battery for the remote and changed Mike McHenry was great to work with. He made sure I was able to take the car home so my mechanic could look at it. And was very responsive via text messages. I wish I had the name of the sales manager I dealt with, but he's not listed on their website and he didn't leave his last name in his voicemail. None of the last names sound familiar on here so I don't want to tag someone who is not the right person. But his name was Mike and he was a sales manager. There was a bit of a bumpy situation with him that ended up getting resolved in the end. Turns out he was a newer sales manager and still needs to be trained on the culture that Village Point Toyota values. After speaking with the GM my mind is more at ease. But as far as Mike McHenry goes I want to reiterate he was a great sales guy. I enjoyed working with him. He went out of his way to make the process as smooth as possible. He honored everything he said. If you're going to buy a car here, ask for Mike McHenry. More
