Their service is horrible and they dented my new truck!!!!!! I bought a certified truck from them. I drove it home. I live in the country, so it got some mud on the bottom. I returned the next day to drop it off I bought a certified truck from them. I drove it home. I live in the country, so it got some mud on the bottom. I returned the next day to drop it off and have the undercoat done. I received a phone call later that day saying that they had a service technician spend 45 minutes on one tire trying to clean it. They said I needed to have it detailed in their detail shop and it would cost me 55-60 dollars to have it done. I said no way, I will pick it up and clean it myself. When I picked up my truck I could not see where anyone tried to clean any of the tires. It took me 10 minutes at a car wash and 7 bucks to wash the whole thing with no mud remaining. LIARS!!!! I took my truck back to have the undercoat completed and the dented my rear passenger quarter panel and they scraped the bumper and scuffed the wheel. I notice within a week later and called them. I got the run around from the service and financing department. Now they are refusing to fix what their lying service department has done to my new truck. This has left a really bad taste in my mouth and I will not be buying anymore Toyota's EVER AGAIN in the future. These people are complete liars!!!!!!!!!!! More
