No hassle end of lease purchase. Mike Hansen (Sales & Leasing Consultant) is a delightful person to deal with. I originally leased my Rav 4 from him at Corwin Toyota. He was extremely professional at that time and made sure I got what I needed in a vehicle. Since Mike is now located at Village Pointe Toyota, I decided to seek him out to purchase the vehicle once my lease was up. Again, Mike saw to it that I got what I needed and I made sure to introduce me to the Finance Manager, Sharrieff McIntosh, who as well worked with me to keep my monthly payment within my means. He understood my limits and did not try to over sell me on extras. Mike also introduced me to the Service Advisor, Don Blazek. I now know who to go to with service issues. I had a terrible experience with Corwin Toyota of Bellevue Nebraska as it relates to service. They attempted to over sell me stating that I needed complete brake replacement on all four wheels when I had not experienced any type of problem with my braking system and the car had only 19,000 miles on it at the time. I got a,2nd opinion - nothing was wrong with my brakes. I feel that Corwin's Service Department was preying on an elderly woman just taking advantage of trying to take advantage. Both Mike and Don have promised that I won't experience that at Village Pointe Toyota. I feel I can trust them. I recommend Mike Hansen for your vehicle needs. Toyota is a great vehicle regardless of the Model and I recommend you choose Village Pointe Toyota as your dealership. More

Free Car wash and finance I had a wonderful purchasing experience with Mike and the rest of the staff here.
