From initial visit to dealership Harold introduced himself very professionally, relaxed, low key and never give any pressure what so ever. I had my eye on a pre owned Jeep by scouting the lot during non business hours, when I returned during hours I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Harold Collins! He asked questions, he listened to what I was wanting and most of all wasn't giving any pressure. After talking it turns out he had another Jeep on the lot that fit my needs much more. We completed a deal with absolutely no pressure, nothing hidden and no surprises. Village Point Toyota over all was perfect. Very friendly, inviting, clean and helpful. From the sales manager to the finance manager and the nice lady at the front desk. I'm 44 years old and likely made 10 purchases from dealerships in my time and have never experienced such an overall friendly, no pressure, simple transaction.
