I had my eye on a pre owned Jeep by scouting the lot during non business hours, when I returned during hours I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Harold Collins! He asked questions, he listened to what I was wanting and most of all wasn't giving any pressure. After talking it turns out he had another Jeep on the lot that fit my needs much more. We completed a deal with absolutely no pressure, nothing hidden and no surprises. Village Point Toyota over all was perfect. Very friendly, inviting, clean and helpful. From the sales manager to the finance manager and the nice lady at the front desk. I'm 44 years old and likely made 10 purchases from dealerships in my time and have never experienced such an overall friendly, no pressure, simple transaction. Compact SUV Shopping Experience My wife and I were looking for a used compact SUV and particularly liked the Mazda CX-5. We found one online and emailed a few questions, to which Mike Hansen was prompt in responding. We then planned a trip to Village Pointe Toyota and test drove two different CX-5s. Mike was very forthcoming with the car facts (had the reports printed off for us). The first vehicle was very clean but older and showing wear and tear, but the 2nd was in great condition and we liked it immediately! We ultimately decided on that one, and appreciated Mike and the other staff working with us to arrive at a great deal within our price range! More
