Great to work with We bumped into Steven Tyler when we took a little drive through the lot on our way to another dealership. We made an appointment to come back and meet with him and we are so glad we did! Steve was busy when we arrived, but rather than have us wait he handed us off to Chris. Chris worked extremely hard to get us the deal that we needed to be able to buy our new family mini van. He was straight forward and didn't make us feel pressured to decide. So many people stayed late to help us through the whole process. Steven continued to check in on us throughout the night and even brought us a snack while we were signing all the paperwork. We will most definitely be back to Village Pointe! More

Service manager and GM need lessons in customer service. I had a recall on my Toyota Rav4, called Brandon in service and he stated it would take about 3 hours. I asked if there was a vehicle to run a few er I had a recall on my Toyota Rav4, called Brandon in service and he stated it would take about 3 hours. I asked if there was a vehicle to run a few errands, he suggested rudely that I could rent a vehicle. A moment later as I was waiting for a response to my question, he hung up the phone. I called back to speak with the GM, Kyle, who sounded like he had already been briefed that I was looking to speak to him. He sounded very irritated and suggested that I rent a vehicle or go somewhere else. I have purchased a couple cars from here in the past and the sales team was great. The two I mentioned today, Brandon Horton and Kyle apparently need 101 lessons in customer service, or back further up and take lessons on how not to be an xxx on the phone. More
