Very personable So...I went to one dealership before I went to Village Pointe Toyota. They had made it seen that a dream of a Highlander wouln't come true. I had accepted that.... kinda...I went to meet with Justin and our conversations from start to finish was completely kind and accomodating. I have a crazy schedule and he was able to get me in when it was conveinent for me. Right off the bat I felt I could be honest with Justin and he was straightforward with me. Good news I drove home in a Highlander and the best part is that I didn't encouter a bad vibe along the way. Justin followed up with me to make sure things were still good and thanked me. Customer service is pretty important now days and to be treated good made me feel pretty good. A simple thank you goes a long way. I am 100% happy with the way things worked out and I look forward to my furture with Village Pointe Toyota! More
