We also had the chance to talk with Donald Blazek, a service advisor, who assured us that the ongoing maintenance of our car could be handled with a simple phone call to schedule. Larry Thomas was very thorough in talking us through our finance options. There were no surprises and no pressure to purchase the extras although he explained them in detail. When we arrived at the dealership we had no intention of buying a vehicle that day as the game plan was to visit several different dealerships (Ford, Lincoln, etc.) test drive more than one vehicle and then go home and peruse all the data we had acquired. We were thinking SUV but had not made up our minds yet. We spotted the Highlander and were checking it out when Rusty Russell approach us and begin pointing out it's many features. Rusty had the most laid back manner and he could not have been more welcoming.. He gave us a wealth of information, even though we told him were just looking. We went for a test drive and liked all the features he pointed out. We are senior citizens and we felt very comfortable with him. We felt that he would be someone easy to work with and we were highly impressed that he enlisted no high pressure. We were as impressed with him as we were with the Highlander. Rusty is truly a great salesman, knows his product and believes in its capabilities. We felt his faith, dedication, and belief in the Toyota Highlander. My husband and I both agreed that it was, by far, the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience we've ever had. This is the 3rd Sienna that we've owned, so we're sold on Toyota vans, but had been putting off a trip to the dealership because we weren't looking forward to the car buying experience. Chris listened to what I was saying, found us a van that met my most important requirements, and then worked out the numbers with us. He has since called to follow up to see if we had any questions about the operation of the new vehicle, and I am confident that he will continue to be available to us if we have questions in the future. Easy. Fun. Helpful. Personable. Relatable. Successful. As I was buying my first car, I had no idea what to expect. I started off wanting a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but my dad had me go check out Toyota just to As I was buying my first car, I had no idea what to expect. I started off wanting a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but my dad had me go check out Toyota just to see what they had. I was browsing the lot and Steven immediately saw my dad and I and calmly approached us and asked if we needed any help. I told him what I was looking for, and he instantly knew possible cars I might like. I test drove two, but they still didn't feel like the right one. I told him some specificities I wanted with my new car, and once again he hoped right on it and showed me 3 Toyota Rav4 - Adventure Series. Once I saw these, I knew I had to give it a ride. As I test drove, Steven told me about all the great features and capabilities that it held, the gas mileage, insurance and warranty, he knew everything about the car that I asked him and more. I ended up buying that car mostly because as I test drove it with Steven, the smooth ride itself along side with some great conversation with Steven, I knew it was the one. Steven's not like any regular dealer, he is a humble, hard working, personable, self sufficient, easy going, and most of all caring individual. As I drove my new car home, I forgot my second set of keys at the dealership, and so Steven personally drove them himself to my house and dropped them off for me. As it was my first car and my families first time buying from Toyota, Steven has implanted a very positive image of Toyota in my mind. She was very professional, answered all my question, did what I asked here to do (check some things), made the appointment and confirmed that I can see the car first hour in the morning the next day. Then I left Minneapolis, and next day at 9:00 AM I was there. The car was as described (that is very important). The sale was smooth. Great job, Sicilia.
