I was at the dealership 15 minutes early for my appointment. An hour and 45 minutes later, they had yet to touch my truck. After asking for my keys, the service writer went to talk to a mechanic appointment. An hour and 45 minutes later, they had yet to touch my truck. I told him that was xxxxxxxx and not to lie to me. I refuse to be treated like xxxx just because I'm not a regular customer. I would NEVER take my vehicle to them again and will NEWER buy a vehicle from them either. They don't give a crap about their customers. More
