Thank you for your patience while we reviewed the concerns with your vehicle. At this time, the vehicle has traveled approximately 3,000 miles since our repair was completed. We have also spoken with the servicing dealer currently inspecting your vehicle, and they have not identified any issues related to the repairs we previously performed. However, if their findings do indicate that the concern is related to our repair, we have asked that they contact us directly so we can review the information together. At this stage, the current dealer has been unable to determine the root cause of the issue. We would recommend that they contact Toyota and request assistance from a Field Technical Specialist to further inspect and diagnose the vehicle. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Sir or ma'am, I brought the truck back into Village less than 60 miles after the service (11/4) expressing concerns that something seemed wrong (smoke out the tailpipe and random hesitation) but was assured by one of your technicians that everything was normal. Regarding mileage, I think you added an extra zero there...after I got the truck back, I drove to a local worksite twice, then 300 miles north to Charleston before it stopped working. The other dealer and Toyota engineer(s), as I've been assured they tried to explain to you, determined that the issue is being caused by debris inside of the high pressure fuel system, something that could not possibly have happened without disassembling it. Village is the only dealer to have touched this truck since I first bought it for anything but routine maintenance. The issue grew progressively worse leading up to when it finally dropped into limp mode.
