I was expecting that again when I brought my car in for it’s 25,000 mile service. Scott Ketchum handled my service. He asked if I had purchased a service contract and he looked it up. I don’t remember anyone else doing that for me in the past. He saw that it covered new wiper blades and a front end alignment. These were done at no cost to me. Scott went out of his way to research my service contract and take care of me. I appreciated that. More
