Justin was my service advisor and he was wonderful. He explained everything to me so I left with a better understanding of how to properly maintain my Crosstrek. I thought once a year was good if the mileage was below the recommended mileage amount. Justin explained the anatomy of the engine and why Subaru recommends every 6 months. More
