In checking online, I found a couple that I liked at Vin Devers in Sylvania and contacted the dealership who referred me to John Mensah. John was very cordial and helpful in my inquiry and we set up an appointment for the next day. During my appointment I found the GLB I wanted and was impressed with John’s knowledge of all aspects of the functions, build and performance. Additionally he introduced me to the GM Jason Perry and gave me the grand tour of the facilities and service department. This was extremely important to me as service had been a big strength of my previous dealership and this gave me the confidence that Vin Devers could deliver on this front as well. John arranged for a cool reveal for my new GBL on the day I picked it up and the vehicle detailing was flawless. He additionally spent time with me inside the vehicle going over the various set-up options of the new digital instrumentation, which I greatly appreciated. Vin Devers did an excellent job of making a loyal Mercedes customer from Michigan feel welcome and John Mensah was stellar in finding the particular vehicle I wanted and coordinating various purchase options. I have lived in the Toledo area for over 32 years and have had several nice cars but nothing compares to driving this SQ5 from Vin Devers. Our first experience with Vin Devers was a 2014 Q5 2.0. We liked that one so much we got another in 2016 .... a Q5 3.0 S line. The Cars and Service just kept getting better. So now we retired the older for this 2020 Audi SQ5 and its just over the top. Friends in the local a Even though this is an Audi and Mercedes Dealership, I didn't hesitate to take my BMW M550 in for a front end collision repair. Friends in the local area had spoken highly of the quality of their work and those recommendations were spot on accurate. Bob (the body shop manager), is wonderful to work with and his attention to detail is excellent. A few weeks after the repair, I noticed some stone chips on the front bumper, I took the vehicle back, and even though Bob explained that I had most likely been peppered with stones from a truck, he had the car back in and took care of it. I also own a Mercedes SL550, and can speak highly of this Dealerships Service and Sales departments. First class business all round. More
