I was looking for a very efficient quick detail on my lunch hour today upon arriving at Vin Devers Sam quickly took my keys and took my car back. When I returned from my lunch Autumn retrieved my car and had it pulled into the service drive and had a few spots touched up and it looked absolutely immaculate I highly recommend them for a quick and efficient detail!

First visit to this dealership and it was a great experience! From my first contact via telephone to the one-on-one experience with the Mercedes Service Department. Worked with Dylan in Service and he was so informative, knowledgeable and helpful I can’t thank him enough! I got an updated service schedule going forward and the Service Department got my car ready for a long distance trip. I’ll be back after the first of the year!!

Keith Solomon the manager and Dylan McCance the service manager spent time correcting the matter. Carleton the Audi salesman let me borrow his vehicle during the repair. Brian Lavoy the used car sales manager assisted greatly to assure that everything went well. All of that was done for my benefit. It made my service experience quite nice. I'm casually in the market for a sports car and SUV for my Florida home. Although I would probably purchase the vehicle there. The possibility of getting another vehicle at Vin Devers is viable.

The Sales Specialist, Ziad Fakhoury, was very helpful, patient and followed through in every instance. The low review is because of the very disappointing service and outcome of service on prior vehicle that ultimately was replaced. Service department could not determine problem with prior vehicle and never did properly repair the car. We were charged over three thousand dollars for repairs that did not correct the problem making the car dangerous to drive. Left with no other choice the car was replaced.

I just had the most satisfying experience with this Audi dealer. Driving in Florida I took my A4 (bought at Vin Devers) to a local dealer for a repair supposed to be covered by extended warranty. The company issuing the warranty rejected the coverage. Fortunately I was able to contact Jason Perry, General Manager at Vin Devers in Ohio who took the case in his hands and for some days made all the necessary contacts and FOLLOWED the case until having the company accept the coverage and made the arrangements with the local dealer in Florida to provide the best transportation while my car was been repaired. I have known Jason for a long time now and I am convinced that he walks the talk regarding to listening to the customer. When you buy a car from VinDevers and Jason Perry you are in excellent hands.

Great customer service! The service manager, Jessie Nida, was extremely helpful and kept us up to date on the status of our repairs. I had a Lexus before our Audi and its night and day. This dealership and specifically this service manager are top notch. We are looking at purchasing another car and the service we've received here might keep us with Audi/Mercedes vs. Lexus or Infinity.
