It took 2 hours for a oil change and tier rotation,when I had an appointment.They charge me 43$ with having a oil change plan and told me it took 7quarts of oil.Lye my car only handles up to 6quarts and the had an appointment.They charge me 43$ with having a oil change plan and told me it took 7quarts of oil.Lye my car only handles up to 6quarts and the other 3 oil changes cost me nothing. This place has the absolute worst service department I have ever encountered! They damaged my vehicle and tried blaming me for the damage. He was overly dismissive and maintained a condescending tone throughout my visit. Ultimately walked away very cowardly in the middle of our discussion and refused to do anything to help rectify the situation. It’s a wonder how he even came to be any sort of manager at this establishment. Makes me question their hiring practices. I will take all my future purchases elsewhere until this man is replaced.
