I was signed in and elected to wait for a routine service and tire rotation. I also asked to check a rattle and noise, probably part of the exhaust system. The purpose for my visit was to receive an oil change for my vehicle. I chose to go to Buick because of my spouse's experience with the high level of service they receive. I wanted to continue to bring my my vehicle. I chose to go to Buick because of my spouse's experience with the high level of service they receive. It was pointed out that my inspection was due so that was taken care of as well. Although not a huge opportunity to experience Hasting service, I was pleased with the limited exposure I had.
