I had taken my Saturn Aura to another dealer for routine oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to check for the source of a noise I was hearing from under the front end- the problem was diagnosed as a oil change and tire rotation. When I found that this was covered under my warranty and I would need to take it to a GM dealer for the work, I chose Hastings. I selected Bob Hastings based upon previous positive experience with Hastings servicing my 1998 Oldsmobile Aurora. Had experienced intermitent operation of blower motor. Hastings Service Department diag experience with Hastings servicing my 1998 Oldsmobile Aurora. Had experienced intermitent operation of blower motor. Hastings Service Department diagnosed condition, made repair recommendations and then replaced blower control module which corrected the problem. They also performed needed brake service.
