Never do business there, bought a brand new Envision got in an accident over 9 months ago and still dont have my car back to due parts issues coming from China. Had to fight to even get a loaner vehicle fro in an accident over 9 months ago and still dont have my car back to due parts issues coming from China. Had to fight to even get a loaner vehicle from them for two months yet they are still selling these cars. Was told to bring it back they were being audited and would get another one to just be lied to. More
I have only dealt with Vision to purchase my new car and the young man was wonderful. I have a hard time hearing and he was great about making sure I understood everything. The person I worked with was great. I had an issue with a Carvana issue with my vehicle. That took a few days to repair. When I picked up my car it was snowing. My car was not started o I had an issue with a Carvana issue with my vehicle. That took a few days to repair. When I picked up my car it was snowing. My car was not started or brushed off for me. I asked him to help and he did but he didn't have a scraper. I waited for tye car to heat up for tye ice to melt because I didn't have one either. As I was leaving I saw a employee warming up another customers car for pickup wiping off the car etc. I was not happy with not being helped tye same especially since it took several days to repair the vehicle. Someone needs to take control of the service and parts group. Brand new vehicle was in 4 times and they still couldn't fix it. Took it to Hozeltions and it was fixed in 1 min. The hose that took 6 weeks t group. Brand new vehicle was in 4 times and they still couldn't fix it. Took it to Hozeltions and it was fixed in 1 min. The hose that took 6 weeks to get in and four trips back that was installed was not secure and on all the way. Costing my wife a towing bill and 4+ days being without a car. Plus apparently the part came in the first time and they installed it. Then we brought it back and you said oh no this is the part we need to order. When the parts come in you one called and it sat there for weeks before we had to call 3 time to get someone who knew what the heck was going on there. Everyone needs training as well..... it's about the customers and customer service, and calling people back, not about Vision and not about your staff's egos. You do a good job, people will show up and spread the word. Do a bad job it takes a lot of time to get those customers back, it's simple. More

Went for a NYS inspection. Ended up spending over$700. The counter person told me that the rear springs needed replacing. On an Encore with ~36,000 miles.
