5/2025 - Customer Feedback – Vision Buick GMC Rochester NY I’ve purchased two new vehicles from Vision Buick GMC in Rochester, NY over the past five years. Both times, the purchase experience itself was NY I’ve purchased two new vehicles from Vision Buick GMC in Rochester, NY over the past five years. Both times, the purchase experience itself was positive, and I appreciated the professionalism of the staff, especially my salesperson. However, I’m disappointed with how a recent issue was handled. The most recent vehicle I purchased was during the winter, which didn’t allow for a thorough inspection due to the weather. Once the weather improved, we washed the car and noticed a pea-sized paint chip that had clearly been touched up — but poorly — before delivery. This damage had not been disclosed at the time of sale. I understand that a few months had passed since purchase, so I reached out to my salesperson just to see what could be done. I wasn’t asking for a repair — just a small bottle of touch-up paint so I could fix it myself. Unfortunately, after initially responding, they stopped replying altogether. What’s frustrating is that after buying two new vehicles from them, they couldn’t provide something that probably costs them just a few dollars. It’s not about the paint — it’s about feeling valued as a returning customer. I really liked working with my salesperson, but this experience has left me reconsidering where I’ll purchase my next vehicle. A little effort would have gone a long way. I would have been satisfied with just the touch-up paint. More

It seemed like once I purchased the car, any follow up concerns were almost ignored. I left something in my trade-in and I drove back in from Bergen to find the item had not been retrieved for me and I wa concerns were almost ignored. I have called several times to get the 2nd key fob I was told was “somewhere at the dealership” and still nothing. Very disappointed and will not likely recommend to anyone or purchase again from you folks. More
