Manny was great from our first conversation to our last conversation. He returned my call when he said he would. He looked into my situation and handled the issue with no issues. I received a phone call from Angelo stating that my lease was up end of May, he could get me into a new vehicle at about the same payment: $306. I arrived at 4, the numbers were way higher than what was prom was up end of May, he could get me into a new vehicle at about the same payment: $306. I arrived at 4, the numbers were way higher than what was promised (400's) I said I could into a Jeep for that.... the payment needs to be lower. I should have walked out at 6:00. Tom did buy me dinner (very nice but should not have been needed if I weren't there so long) I wanted to come back another day but he said it had to be done that day to get this 'great' deal. 'Deals won't get any better esp. as the weather warms up.' I felt pressured and for some reason agreed. I ended up with double monthly payments $569!Drove out around 9:15pm! Then to make this nightmare worse I received a $604 bill from GM for a few scratches and missing 2nd set of keys. This is my 4th lease with Vision... More
