All I can say is the last experience I had with your dealership was less than good. From your sales department. That was trying to close a deal over the phone when I had never even seen the car or didn’ dealership was less than good. From your sales department. They took my vehicle in performed warranty work and called me as soon as my vehicle was ready. Great service writers great properly trained technicians and great followup. They told me it would be 180$ to specifically diagnose the problems did I ask them to address because I had a limited warranty. I had 2 other automotive shops. Tell me what was wrong with the car? And they told me there was nothing wrong with the things I had mentioned. So they did not submit a warranty claim. However try to charge me double the money quoted, 400$ for a b s safety inspection that I never asked for. Took my car to another automotive place, and they confirmed that the things I specifically asked about were in fact, in need of repair. Ann showed me photos for proof. When I tried to call the dealership to question these things, i keep getting sent to voicemail with no response. I finally spoke to the dealership manager, he talked to me with an defensive attitude, told me he'd look into it and get back to me and of course, never did. This is a second very bad experience.I've had with vision group. I will never deal with vision again.And I will tell everyone I know the same. To avoid vision at all costs. And when I mentioned visioned other people, they usually agree that vision is nothing but a group of xxxxxxxx, scammers, and liars. So I guess it's not just me! I specifically pointed. For them to look at the motor mounds on my car with visible holes, and they told me nothing was wrong with the motor mounts. 3 other places Told me they need to be replaced. And you guys can't explain why. The same thing happened to me years ago with a transmission. They said nothing was wrong with the transmission...Until the warranty expired. And then it was the transmission, and they expected me to pay for it. You people are vile. More
