I have been taking my 2018 GMC Yukon Denali back to this location since I bought it from here. Within one year of having the truck I was told I need a new transmission. It was covered by warranty, okay grea location since I bought it from here. Within one year of having the truck I was told I need a new transmission. It was covered by warranty, okay great. They had my truck for 2 months. The refurbished transmission they put in made my truck worst. I took it back and they advised we needed a tune up and an oil hose replaced. $1300 later out of pocket that was still not the problem. Keep in mind we took the truck back atleast 3-4 times after the refurbished transmission was put in. I since moved to NC and took my vehicle to the GMC here, I got an appointment the very next day( at Vision appts are 2 weeks to a month out) and within 5 hours I was advised we had a fuel injector issue, motor Mount and there was a coolant leak( this was all reported to Vision and they said that’s not it). Vision GMC made us come out of pocket when we NEVER needed to. This location is by FAR THE WORST. More

My very 1st appt. was hrrible! I waited fr 2.5 hrs to have mud flaps oinstalled and had to ask for my new car to be turned back to me. The reason it was not ready was was hrrible! I waited fr 2.5 hrs to have mud flaps oinstalled and had to ask for my new car to be turned back to me. The reason it was not ready was they could not determine how to charge this service. It was a no charge to me because it was supposed to be part of the original purchase negotiation. I have no desire to try the service again. More
Very poor communication between employees. No calls as promised about car being ready to pick up. Waited for a call for hours and finally a friend drove me to the dealer.
