If you stop by like they say for routine service bank on at least a 2 hour wait. Demand them to take your car for a drive after a brake job and if you hear something tell them you're leaving the car till it's fixed and you need a loaner car. After 4 or 5 visits for a brake job lost count after 2. Finally the car is fixed. Do better! You driving a 30K or more priced car. I was outside and a guy was telling the front desk staff why do I hear the sound the car makes and you don't. Do better. Listen to the customers when you buy a car you're getting paid through the purchase of the car. Do better. More
I had oil changed and they forgot to put the oil cap on and my engine bay had every where and I had to go back twice in order to get it cleaned up. The front desk team and.fixed me up though. One thing that really made me mad 😠 was when I bought the car and went home and removed the paper mats and there were no mats. Figured they were in the back but nope 🙅♀️. I called and the guy who sold me the car gave me front mats from an older car which did not fit and was dirty. I was told that if I did not have it in the contract I don't get any. I have never bought a car without a set of mats and this like the 15th car I have financed in my lifetime I ended up paying a $149 for the full set of mats front to cargo bay front Amazon other wise they were going to give me 20% off the front Weather Tech mats which were $249. Never been so disappointed. I guess I expected more since this was one of the better dealerships I have ever bought a car from. More

Booked for our change, tire rotation and then repair electronics related to volume control. I ended up paying $380 for an oil change and tire rotation. The team did not repair the volume control stating electronics related to volume control. I ended up paying $380 for an oil change and tire rotation. The team did not repair the volume control stating it was not covered under standard warranty, despite owning the vehicle for under 1 year. The team then phoned me, attempting an up sell for wheel/tire issue for $1,800 which was not needed as confirmed by a local mechanic. Absolute worst experience. More
