I stand waiting for service too long when there are three employees at their desks. I arrive on time for my appointments and wait an additional 15 minutes before I am attended too. They do stuff on their com employees at their desks. I arrive on time for my appointments and wait an additional 15 minutes before I am attended too. They do stuff on their computer, talk with other employees, and generally do everything BUT call me up. What is the point of an appointment if the workers will attend to it at their leisure. Then my calls are not returned forcing me to find a way to the dealership to talk to someone only to find out the car isn't ready and their initial call was to discuss the repair job. Forcing me to find my way back home and wait again. And finally when I do arrive to pick up my car, I am again waiting 15 minutes or more while the repair department is fully staffed before me. I have received rides from others and they all comment on the wait and recommend other autoshops. So this has a compound effect of others not wanting to be serviced here. More

They lie, they tell you they’re going to do something and they don’t do it. I will never buy a vehicle out there again. It doesn’t matter where you go. You always get screwed. I had an awful time. Communication was terrible after the purchase was finished. I’m the end, a few redeeming things occurred and finance was kind and apologetic.
