I bought my GMC Sierra from a tent event that was put on by Vision Nissan. One of the benefits was free oil changes for life. I have always taken my truck to Vision Dodge/RAM & had never had an issue. I too by Vision Nissan. One of the benefits was free oil changes for life. I have always taken my truck to Vision Dodge/RAM & had never had an issue. I took it to this dealership for a oil change & potentially additional service needed for my inspection. They refused to honor my free oil change perk and said it would be $55. I'm not sure why different Vision dealerships will honor this, but not this location, especially sice I needed additional work. I went to this location twice and they refused me service both times. They also don't advertise that thier service department is open past 5pm, but all the techs go home at 5pm. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone and will probably not be purchasing through any Vision dealership again. More
