I was signed in and elected to wait for a routine service and tire rotation. I also asked to check a rattle and noise, probably part of the exhaust system. The car is 13 years old, a 2000 Saturn, so I don't expect it to sound like a new car. I am grateful that the Buick dealership is so receptive of Saturn owners. More

I had an appoointmnent and was taken on time and the work was done within the normal parameters. The waiting room had comfortable seating and coffee and reading matter were there if wanted.
