Retiring from the auto business I knew of Visions excellent reputation and rather would have purchased there. Ended up at another Dodge dealer. Had an awful experience and will never go back. Everyone is always so kind and helpful, made it my go to spot after having a reoccurring medical problem while there, and being cared for so quickly to get me on my way. Luis was great! I tried to pick my car at 550..Luis had left my keys no one was at the desk? You are just going to have to wait??? I’ve been in cs management all my life and NEVER blow off someone like that. He didn’t even bother to call over the loudspeaker nothing for me to get help! Communication needs improvement. My vehicle was serviced, with the exception of intial diagnosis, I was not kept uodared on status of my vehicle. When my vehicle was initially supposed to be ready, I was not updated at all. I called and my message was not relayed, i showed up only to find that the mechanic working on my car didnt come to work. The followong day, my service consultant didnt come to work and i was again calling the dealership inquiring about my vehicle and being the go between. More
