To start, it’s incredibly hard to get through to the Service desk. You’re either put through the wringer with a chatbot or you’re on hold for a long time. Luckily, I got through and they were very accommodating to get my car in for 2 open recalls. When I brought my car in, I asked to add in an oil change and a NYS inspection. Their computer wasn’t working, so they hand wrote everything. When I went to pick up my car, the inspection wasn’t done. They forgot. I can appreciate a mistake, but the nonchalance and “oops well you can come back” was so off putting. I don’t want to come back. So I asked them to do it while I waited with my toddler. After about 25 minutes, I was told that because of the fix for one of the recalls, a system was reset and they could not complete the inspection until I’ve driven 100 miles. I don’t drive 100 miles in one month. Now, if they hadn’t forgotten the inspection they could have done the inspection before the recall fix. While they said they were sorry for the miscommunication, there was nothing they could do. Eventually, a manager came out and offered to come pick my car up from my home and drive it enough so they can do the inspection. Not sure who pays for all that wasted gas. I gave 2 stars because they are going to come pick my car up, but wow what a terrible experience. More

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Vision Dodge, and I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and care provided by the service department. They completed an oil change, tire rotation, and insp was very pleased with the level of professionalism and care provided by the service department. They completed an oil change, tire rotation, and inspected a few concerns I had with my vehicle. The ability to drop off my car the night before and securely leave my key in the drop box made the process extremely convenient. The staff was courteous, efficient, and communicated clearly throughout. Having Ron back made a noticeable difference—his professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stand out. I appreciate the team’s prompt attention and commitment to excellent service. More
