I am 27 months into a lease for a 22’ Wrangler that has less thank 25K miles on it. Took it in for the annual inspection and was advised that the tires were worn and that they wouldn’t pass and was presen less thank 25K miles on it. Took it in for the annual inspection and was advised that the tires were worn and that they wouldn’t pass and was presented with 3 quotes (for tires) before any real discussion as if I would just whip out my credit card and say “ring me up!”. I had a professional and healthy conversation with the service admin and explained A) I don’t feel like the tires are worn based on my 2 eyeballs and B) Why would I invest close to $2K on tires before the summer and when in 9-10 months I planned on being back here talking to a salesmen about leasing another Wrangler (which I love!)? He acknowledged and stated he needed to speak with the “service manager”. Upon his return (the same guy not the service manager) I was told again that I would not pass and that it would be advantageous to purchase the tires. I disagreed and left w/o a sticker on my Wrangler. I promptly took it to a auto service location (that sells tires mind you) and they passed my inspection WITH NO ISSUES and stated the tires were fine and capable of passing NYS requirements. I was VERY disappointed in the tactical approach of this dealership and I WILL NOT be getting my next Wrangler from them. Period. More

I received outstanding service from Vision Dodge and excellent service advisor Larry Gilbert. They did an oil change, complete NY State inspection, and diagnosed a serious issue with my tires.
