I went there Friday 12-4 mind you I drove over 100 miles to get there. Jeff said my car would be 100% done because it needed a new part. He called me and told me to be there around 1-130 to finish up the pa to get there. Jeff said my car would be 100% done because it needed a new part. Then come to find out my car wasn't finished.Jeff told me once again tomorrow it will be done which is Saturday 12-6. I waited until about 12 or so and called Jeff to see if my car was done he said the check engine light came on after they replaced the part. He said We should have it done on Monday. I said no problem. Monday comes along and I get a text from Jeff saying its ready to go mind you I drove over 100 miles once again. I got there they gave me the car I bought. I started driving it home and got like 5 miles away from the dealership and the car breaks down. Saying the transmission need service and I was on the Highway at that. So, I called the dealership and they got AAA to come a tow my car back to the dealership then when I got back to the dealership waiting for them once again to get me a rental car, they avoided me didn't say sorry or anything I think this is a bunch of B/S. So, I wouldn't Recommend buying any used cars from this place. I feel like they just wanted to make a quick dollar and that's it. Once again, I am still waiting for my car to be done. More
