I called the service department and explained my situation and asked if I could bring the vehicle in to at least get the window closed, they said they could not bout would add the problem to my existing appointment. I told them the vehicle was outside and I needed the window closed, they could not do it. I called another dealership, on a Saturday, and they told me to bring the vehicle right in and they would at least get the window closed.
