Installed the wrong parts When I took my Chrysler T&C to be repaired at another shop, I learned that Vision had installed the incorrect spark plugs at the last spark plug servi When I took my Chrysler T&C to be repaired at another shop, I learned that Vision had installed the incorrect spark plugs at the last spark plug service. The plugs seized in the motor and required extensive repair. I contacted Ron Kyle at Vision and he felt that he would not be responsible and was unwilling to help bear the costs of his technicians mistake. While Ron was professional, I don't feel Vision supports its customers and once you're out the door, you no longer matter. I would not recommend doing business with Vision. More

Everything worked out Brought my 2013 Laredo in for 80,000 mile service. Turned out they also found a leak in my steering and a sway bar link that had to be replaced. I was given a loaner and the extended warranty covered the steering. I could not have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely return for future service. More

I was told at 9:30 am that my engine roller arm issues were covered under warranty .at 12:00 they were not.this problem was fixed under warranty on 2 I was told at 9:30 am that my engine roller arm issues were covered under warranty .at 12:00 they were not.this problem was fixed under warranty on 2-14-19.today after 4 months that same issue has reoccurred only now it is in both sides not just one.if all those roller had been replaced in feb. I would not be fighting Vision now to guaranty a warrantied repair of a known engine problem. More

While this image showed up (which is on page 78 in the drivers manual) I couldn’t open the windows nor do anything I usually do like play music and so forth. More
