Liz to the rescue!! Wipers stopped working on my new Ram 1500. Called the dealership and spoke to Liz in service. They had no appointments available for 4 or 5 days. Wipers stopped working on my new Ram 1500. Called the dealership and spoke to Liz in service. They had no appointments available for 4 or 5 days. When I explained it would be difficult to wait that long work no wipers Liz agreed. Told me to drop off the truck that day and they would get to it. They did and the wipers were fixed!! Amazing Service at Vision I had the best experience with Vision with my latest stop. I actually always have amazing service when I go. I was having some issues that I thought w I had the best experience with Vision with my latest stop. I actually always have amazing service when I go. I was having some issues that I thought were transmission related. I was so nervous I thought I should just trade in my car and get a new one. I decided I was going to take a couple different cars in a test drive. Before doing that James Baker, who is a fantastic machicanic there took my car in the back. James has done a lot of the service on my car and has talked with me many times. James knows how much I love my Jeep and my plans on keeping it for awhile. So I took the first car out for the test drive and when I came back James had replaced the bad coil in my Jeep which was causeing all the issues. Then took me for a ride in it letting me know it was as good as new. I appreciate his going out of the way to make me at ease with with issues and how fast he was at repairing my car so I could get back to work. He is great, I am so glad they have people like him there. I send everyone I know to Vision! More
