Yesterday I had an appointment at Vision Hyundai Henrietta for a NYS inspection and 6 month oil change and tire rotation. I don’t even know where to begin; this dealership’s service is inadequate. They can’t ever seem to get a repair done correctly! When working with a $60,000 car, one would think a mechanic would not bre service is inadequate. They can’t ever seem to get a repair done correctly! When working with a $60,000 car, one would think a mechanic would not break parts, would check their work, and would not knowingly place the wrong color sensors hoping the customer doesn’t complain. They have, on multiple occasions, held my vehicle for simple repairs for over a month! That I needed to have rework done on the repairs. They also told me my car could not pass inspection because I needed brakes. I drove around the corner to a shop that got me in. Guess what? It passed, and I didn’t need brakes! They are shady and let horrible quality work slip out the door! 'Dissatisfied' is not even close. If you have the misfortune of them performing any repairs, be prepared to need rework done!
