Difficult to deal with once you've signed on the dotted line. Don't return calls. Not refunding my money on an extended warranty. Did not cancel all of the warranties that I purchased. Mr Foster has not contacted me after submitting a letter making him aware of my dissatisfaction. I'm guessing it's going to take an attorney before I get refunded and answers to questions. They have made promises to let me know what is going on but no one has. I guess it's ok to lie to an older adult female. Don't bother leaving messages. No one returns your calls. More
