He wasn’t trying to upsell me on anything. I knew I needed new back brakes and I greatly appreciated when Brandon took me into the shop to have the technician show me my brakes and tell me the options. I was able to see the brakes and make a clear decision. This never used to happen. I am so impressed with the dealership now and the improvements in the service department!! Bravo! More
