I made an appointment for a recall repair. To me, that meant you had the parts and would fix it. After an hour and a half I'm told you have to order the parts and I will have to take more time To me, that meant you had the parts and would fix it. Brought my car in to get recalls fixed. Bottom portion of my car is fine with the work they did, however the paint job is not what was stated was going to be fixed. Specifically took photos of what would be done but never fixed the photo spots taken. Still have rusting spots on the back of my car. Major lack of communication just to see them hanging out at their desk when I got there. Never returning. More
