The service on my car was originally estimated to only take 2-3 days but my car was held at the dealership for over a week. I was told that my car was being worked on and that they are waiting for a part to come in. The worst part was that the part had arrived but couldn’t be placed because the mechanic was on vacation. Is there only one mechanic at this location? Why was I never properly informed on what was happening to my car until my mother eventually called the location to figure out what exactly was happening.
