Was rude to my wife, didn’t find a solution to complete inspection (which took me 5 mins to afterwards). Lobby smelled, car was left dirty, cables pulled out of the dash, oil status not reset, no sticker p inspection (which took me 5 mins to afterwards). I’m very pleased with how I was treated, and with the transparency of all the financial documents involved in making my decision to purchase my new ELANTRA Hybrid SEL Sport! Adner, my sales rep, Evan, th transparency of all the financial documents involved in making my decision to purchase my new ELANTRA Hybrid SEL Sport! Adner, my sales rep, Evan, the manager, and Mike, the finance person who handled all my financing, all did an excellent job! am very pleased with everything. So far I love my new car! Saving the human race, one electric or hybrid vehicle at a time! Thank you so much! One suggestion, based on what I saw at your competitor, Matthew Hyundai: In their showroom (when I was there on 29th of September), there was a huge sign on the wall with 3 scheduled times for classes at which they teach you all about the functioning/operation of your new vehicle. Since today’s vehicles are essentially multi-computers units on wheels, I would love to attend one of your first classes. Keeping pace with your competitor! More
