Visit was okay After I pulled off the lot I was thinking to myself I know nothing about this car, so I went home and did my own research. I found the manual in my tr After I pulled off the lot I was thinking to myself I know nothing about this car, so I went home and did my own research. I found the manual in my trunk and reviewed it because I seen there was a warning message with me having to out more air in the tires so I did that and the car went back to normal. But for assistance on how to work the vehicle I YouTube a bunch, the dealer honestly just handed me the keys and said "enjoy your new ride" and went about his business. It would had been beneficial if I would had been able to test drive it which is what I wanted to do, and learn more about the car. But nobody offered me that which is sad to know and this was my first time ever at a dealership. Darryl is a nice guy but he could had put forth more effort into teaching me more about the car, he said if I get stuck to just come back to the dealership and I don't have time like that on my hands. More

My salesman seemed flustered and was rushing when he was giving me my keys and going through the details on my car. I also tried to contact him with an issue regarding my car and his mail box was consistently out of order, and he didn't respond to me until days later... after I had already dealt with the issue without any dealer guidance. We bought a 2nd vehicle from you because we wanted to give it one more shot after our messed up experience a few years ago. We like Hyundai do it was worth a shot, disappointing. I ended up paying more than I wanted to, being frustrated by how long the process took (and we’ve bought many cars at many places that didn’t take near that long), feeling like I got conned with the add ons that are needed and agreed to be a part of the negotiated deal and then weren’t at signing, and I probably won’t return. Take care of the customer and respect their time. It’s not just about the sale on that day. Dorschel gets people back over and over because of how they appreciate the customer. More
