He was very upfront about his knowledge on the 2018 Sonata and the BlueLink system. I did not find this to be an issue because I respected the honesty. He contacted me after signing to make sure everything was running smoothly. One of the members of the leadership team (I cannot remember his name) also did a phenomenal job in being very upfront when going over insurance. More
