We bought a 2nd vehicle from you because we wanted to give it one more shot after our messed up experience a few years ago. We like Hyundai do it was worth a shot, disappointing. I ended up paying more than I wanted to, being frustrated by how long the process took (and we’ve bought many cars at many places that didn’t take near that long), feeling like I got conned with the add ons that are needed and agreed to be a part of the negotiated deal and then weren’t at signing, and I probably won’t return. Take care of the customer and respect their time. It’s not just about the sale on that day. Dorschel gets people back over and over because of how they appreciate the customer. More

He was very upfront about his knowledge on the 2018 Sonata and the BlueLink system. I did not find this to be an issue because I respected the honesty. He contacted me after signing to make sure everything was running smoothly.
