My daughter and I were in to get her car inspection done. While we waited we decided to go over and ask about the new Tucson plugin that we hadn’t seen yet. Everyone was busy, but AJ looked up and saw we needed help. He answered all our questions and was happy to show us a new car on the lot, even though we weee not interested in buying it. I went to Vision for a check engine light on a vehicle I did not purchase from them and because of the service I received, I am now a Vision customer. Tyler was simply amazing! I had a loaner vehicle and wa did not purchase from them and because of the service I received, I am now a Vision customer. Tyler was simply amazing! I had a loaner vehicle and was back to work in less than 20 minutes and I had no appointment. My vehicle was a recent purchase from another dealer and when I took it back because of the engine light they could not assist me with the issue. The Vision team jumped into action, started checking for recalls right away and arranged to have the vehicle inspected. My issue was fixed and I was back in my car by the next day. I was also annoyed that the key fobs that came with my vehicle were dead and had to keep using the door key which set off the alarm everytime. I ordered the batteries to replace them but Tyler noticed the key wasn’t working and replaced it for me. You need a Hyundai from Vision and you need Tyler to take great care of you! More
