The service advisor was prompt, polite,and answered all my questions. I was led to a lounge , I was offered beverages, reading material , and the seating was very comfortable. Upon completion the adviser c my questions. I was led to a lounge , I was offered beverages, reading material , and the seating was very comfortable. I was contacted by Tyler from the dealership on Friday 2/20 letting me know there was a recall on the seatbelt buckles for my 2022 Palisade and they wanted to schedule me to come in and get it replaced. I made an appointment for the following Monday 2/24 at 8AM and when I arrived, they told me that the seatbelt buckles were on back order so that service, which was the whole point of coming in that day, couldn't be done. When I expressed my frustration to Peter Zuk, he was less then empathetic or apologetic and didn't seem to care about the inconvenience this had caused me. If I had known they didn't have the parts, I would not have come in. They should probably verify that before they reach out to customers to schedule them for replacements and getting a little empathy from Peter would have gone a long way. I was thoroughly dissatisfied with my whole experience. More
