Trying to contact the service department is a nightmare due to the automated phone system. When I walked in Serviice Department I felt like they were doing me a favor for coming to them. Did not feel welcomed or comfortable. The Service person scared me in performing services I may not have were doing me a favor for coming to them. Did not feel welcomed or comfortable. The Service person scared me in performing services I may not have needed. I have a car that is 1 year and 3 months old with approx. 15,000 miles. The service was supposed to inspect first and then recommend. That NEVER happened. I was supposed to have a post service discussion, that Never happened. I was rushed to an accounting window to pay a bill that was OVER $500. I cannot believe that car needed that much repair. To put the icing on the cake, I noticed my car in the parking lot. I believe the Service was completed. It took the same Service person I initially talked over 20 minutes to inform me the car was ready. That is the reason for my rating. Thank you. More
