I was there for a routine oil change and after being there for an hour I went and asked how much longer it would be. They said it was done and forgot to tell me, so I got in my car and it still said I n there for an hour I went and asked how much longer it would be. They said it was done and forgot to tell me, so I got in my car and it still said I needed an oil change, so I asked them if it had actually been done and turns out no one had worked on it. So I ended up sitting there for over 2 hours. Worst experience ever. More

Car was barely drivable when I brought it in. Suspected fuel injection problem. Provided a loaner and contacted me about four hours later. Was indeed a faulty injector. Replaced all four under warranty Had my car back shortly thereafter running great. The whole process was handled quickly and I was kept completely in the loop. I've had other repairs completed by Vision Hyundai of Webster and I am very impressed by their professionalism, friendly and concerned attitude, and timely service. They make what could be a bad situation into a pleasant surprise. More
