Scheduled maintenance for a software update on my venue. When I got there, the service tech indicated they didnt have that on my appointment. And then he said they wouldn't have been able to help me anyway When I got there, the service tech indicated they didnt have that on my appointment. And then he said they wouldn't have been able to help me anyway because the IT department locks down downloads. Its frustration to go to an appointment for a specific reason, just the be told it isn't even possible to help. I blame that it seems like you use AI to schedule appointments. More
