My suv had a shattered moon roof panel. It spontaneously shattered while I was driving. It was VERY scary. Had the cloth interior not been closed, I would have been covered in glass shards! Tyler was extremely helpful and professional with every step of the way. He assisted with insurance and got me into a rental the same day. He assured me that everything would be alright and not to worry. He gave me his work contacts and his personal phone number too. Talk about going above and beyond! Since my suv was already in the shop, I decided to get needed body work done too. Tony handled everything and kept me in the loop with the progress. I picked my suv up tonight and was delighted to see that it looked great! It was also washed and vacuumed for an extra surprise bonus. Finally, no one likes a repair bill but I found the pricing to be very fair. I would highly recommend Vision Hyundai Mitsubishi of Webster after my experience with these two gentlemen! More
