This showroom is relatively new. It also has a new water bottle refrigerator and new very expensive coffee machine. The water fridge was empty. I told them and their solution was for me to take a coffee cup and go to the water fountain. The tap water was warm and not cooled and tasted awful. So I thought I’d have a coffee instead. Nope. The bean bin was empty so it spit out dirty water. Not until one of the employees wanted a coffee was it filled. All this shows me they care far more about their own comfort than the customers. I also saw more than 2/3 of the showroom employees standing around messing with their phones. You can easily cut that staffing down to a third of what you currently have. This shows me poor business decisions are abundant. With all those people standing around nobody could be sent to stock the water fridge and coffee machine?! The entire time I was there I watched a young guy push a cart 20 feet so an old guy could pick up the heavy boxes and load the cart. Other than that the young guy just stood around with gloves on. WHY WEAR GLOVES??!! You may have spent a huge amount of money on the place but it’s still messed up in so many ways on the inside. No matter how much you polish a &:!!$ it’s still a &:!!$ More

Tyler was prompt, pleasant, realistic, and went the extra mile. Only hiccup was on pick up, the desk was vacant for 20 minutes and no one seemed to be able to help cover until they came back mile.
