Excellent service, pleasant atmosphere. My only minor complaint was that they topped off fluids w/o informing me prior. I use a certain type windshield washer fluid and they topped it off w/the standard blue type (which I find to be inferior). I feel that it should be pointed out when the car is dropped off (I only noticed when looking over the bill, questioning a small extra charge for cleaning fluids). When I mentioned it, was told “we just do it to all cars brought in. You have to let us know not to do that.”. Had no idea they would do it so how could I say not to. Now know, but again feel that I should been made aware of it beforehand. More
