We bought a 2023 Certified Used Hybrid Elantra Limted and absolutely love it! Everytime we drive it around, we find another feature that makes our driving experiance even better. Coming back into the dealership to finish the final paperwork, we increasingly felt invisible to the sales staff the longer we waited; which made the process more frustrating for us than it needed to be. Thankfully Dan G, the general sales manager, was able to make up for our lack luster buying experiance with his humor and willingness to listen. He truly went out of his way to calm our frustrations by helping to finish the paperwork and work through the loose ends that come with every car purchase. You really do get the sense he cares about each and every customer that walks through the doors. More

When I bought my car, they gave me a card for a free inspection and I went there for the inspection. They said the horn was broken, I said change it. They said the tires also need to be changed, I said inspection and I went there for the inspection. They said the horn was broken, I said change it. They said the tires also need to be changed, I said I don't have enough budget, I will change it later. They said you can't pass the inspection, I said okay. They said you have to pay 21 dollars because you can't change the tires. I said I have a free vehicle inspection card for life. They said you have to pay this inspection fee because you didn't change the tire. I said I won't pay this money. After a few tensions, they accepted and I left without paying. This really bothered me, that's why I'm giving a low score. I hope you don't be fooled by those free cards you get. They wanted $1130 for the tires. I put the same tires on for $645. FYI.. More
