The personnel was friendly, courteous and apologized for the relocating of the waiting room during the remodeling project. Oil changes and tire rotations for the first three years or 3600 miles are complementary. But since we drive so little, we have to wait one year between oil changes which means I only got two free. The third at 30k miles cost me over $150 which I thought that was a little pricey. I forgot the $20 coupon and they didn’t mention the coupon when I dropped it off or when I picked it up. More

It was quick and easy for my oil change and air cleaner filter replacement. I didn't have an appointment. Other gentleman working in the new and original building helped me to find my way to the new servic filter replacement. I didn't have an appointment.
