If I could give them no stars, I would. Today I had yet another unpleasant encounter at Vision Hyundai, this time with "Big Dan" (who has a "Big Dan" sign in his office but apparently has Today I had yet another unpleasant encounter at Vision Hyundai, this time with "Big Dan" (who has a "Big Dan" sign in his office but apparently has no last name). Today, in a barrage of anger spoken loud enough for every employee and visitor to hear, he shamed me for attempting to use an "extended warranty" that was pressure-sold to me by ""Lily," who no longer works there (gee, I wonder why). It turns out that the entire thing is bogus, so plainly so that when I called the warranty company to discuss it, they claimed "we don't offer that," even though I had a contract in hand with their phone number on it stating that they do. Apparently upper management was not interested in resolving this issue, but I did get a response from Jim Hillery, president of Vision Automotive Group -- in fact, after sending him an email I received FOUR phone calls! However, they were all from salespeople at different Vision stores, each of whom tried to sell me a car. THIS is how Jim Hillery problem-solves? Let me explain something to him, his salespeople, and Big Dan: If I dropped a penny on the showroom floor, I would immediately retrieve it and put it in my pocket, because even one penny is too much for me to waste at Vision Hyundai. I've already contacted HyundaiUSA; maybe they will be successful in straightening this out whereas I was not. Caveat emptor, a lesson I learned too late. More
