The work performed here was great. On the other hand the GMC dealership in Penfield is anything but great. Purchased the truck in July of last year. The truck tailgate was damaged from an accident with a car at the dealership when I went to take delivery of it. Had to wait until March of this year for it to finally get replaced. Had to call constantly to see when my tailgate would be in so I could get the repair done. Had to make three appointments to finally get it in. Was at the dealership for 5 weeks before with no communication from anyone on the status of it. Visited the dealership to find out when it would be done because no one would return my calls. Saw the truck when I was at the body shop and they said it just got finished. Shouldn’t take 8 months to get a new tailgate installed. I hope this is not how you treat all customers who spend $90,000 on a new vehicle. I would invite a call from the GM to discuss it further. More

Went to repair gas tank lid and oil change. Registration took place after waiting 1 hour despite arriving at appointed time. Oil change was done. But again was told gas tank lid/ lock mechanism Registration took place after waiting 1 hour despite arriving at appointed time. Oil change was done. But again was told gas tank lid/ lock mechanism part had to be ordered. This is the third time dealer said the same thing. Received notice 3 times prior to going to dealer stating part has arrived. Again, part has to be ordered. It's now been over 2 months where I received notice 3 times part has arrived, I go to the dealer and am told it has to be ordered. It appears the dealer's left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. More
