All members of the service department staff have been courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I have been very satisfied with the work they performed on my vehicle. Excellent service from start to finish, as always. Only issue relates to phone system: the only way I could initially get to Service was to select the "Sales" option, who then physically went to the Only issue relates to phone system: the only way I could initially get to Service was to select the "Sales" option, who then physically went to the service area to tell them I was on hold. This glitch is outside the control of the Service dept and in no way should this be directed at them. As a matter of fact, Jess gave me her personal cell # to use until this was fixed. Above and beyond the call of duty, and she should be commended for it! More

Getting my air conditioning repair done required them to keep my car a total of 5 days over 2 visits. The last day, they told me just 3 hours more max. When I returned 3 hours later, they had not even start keep my car a total of 5 days over 2 visits. The last day, they told me just 3 hours more max. When I returned 3 hours later, they had not even started. They kept me waiting in the waiting room an additional 5 hours, and kept telling me it's almost done. More
