Poor communication. I was under the impression my car would be finished Saturday morning He did not call me to tell me it wasn't going to happen I had to call to find ou I was under the impression my car would be finished Saturday morning He did not call me to tell me it wasn't going to happen I had to call to find out that it was a no go I had pre organized a ride to the dealership to pick up my car and since it wasn't finished, my ride wasted half his day waiting for my call to take me to get my car Then Chris called me by mistake Monday morning .. didn't leave a message I called minutes back .. he said he'd called by accident So I ask if the part for my car came in and he said probably not til Tuesday Then he called later in the afternoon saying that as we hung up Monday morning, the part came in but didn't call to tell me knowing I was anxiously waiting as well as needing to pre plan for a ride in to pick up my car Then I noticed I was not given the full $100 discount based on the coupon I presented stating $100 off for $1000 or more worth of work. I only got $75 off Then I noticed being charged $6.99 for gloves etc. That's ridiculous. Do you think restaurants bill you for wearing gloves to cook your food? Then the mechanic who worked on my car left dirty foot print impressions on the plastic part of my car next to the seat on both sides of the car. No bother to wipe it off. So I had a bad experience using Vision Kia of East Rochester I'm expecting a refund of $25 which I didn't receive based on the coupon offer .. and also would like a refund on the $6.99 for the use of gloves etc More
