Good communication from Jessica and the service team as far as work being done and when it would be completed. It was also very easy to set up for the work that could not be completed that day. However the far as work being done and when it would be completed. It was also very easy to set up for the work that could not be completed that day. However the AI assistant that is first contact when calling the dealership, is worse than useless. It took me about 1 minute talking to Jessica to convey my needs and set up an appointment. Versus the nearly 15 minutes I spent getting runaround by the AI the first time I called--only for the AI to tell me that it couldn't help me make an appointment and that I would need to call back to talk to someone in service. Please remove this system and let customers consistently talk to a person. It's so much faster and more reassuring to speak to a person who can help when you have an issue More

I am very disappointed in this dealership. This is the second time that an engine has to be replaced while I had the vehicle so they right now it’s on the third engine. I can’t say that I woul This is the second time that an engine has to be replaced while I had the vehicle so they right now it’s on the third engine. I can’t say that I would recommend anyone purchasing a Kia. Certainly will not recommend this dealership. I had to keep making phone calls to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. I never got callbacks. My vehicle had broken down. I had been sitting in the road on route 21 broken down my vehicle would not start it kept stalling finally totally stopped. I have a towing bill that I never heard anything from the dealership about being refunded having to pay for my vehicle to be towed when the issue had nothing to do whatsoever with me it was the engine. The bill was turned into the dealership. I expected to hear from the dealership about Kia reimbursing me for the Towing. I am waiting to hear about this matter. This has been since April. It is now September what is up with that sincerely a disgruntled customer More
