I would not recommend Vision Kia of East Rochester because they charge a fee of $6.99 for towels and gloves. It was NOT pointed out to me when I called for a quote or when I signed the service order. because they charge a fee of $6.99 for towels and gloves. They did delete the fee from my invoice, but charging the customer for their routine cost of doing business has ensured that I will not return. Took my car in for they're free inspection provided you get any repair work done with them. I had a 1/8 inch tear on my windshield wiper which was otherwise working well to clear the window and they tried get any repair work done with them. I had a 1/8 inch tear on my windshield wiper which was otherwise working well to clear the window and they tried to make me replace it but fortunately I had this brand new one in the car so they didn't charge me for the part but they charged me for the installation $16. If I wanted to install it myself I would have had to have driven the car away and then made another appointment for a redo of the inspection. The worst part though is that they worded it to me as if I needed a driver side replacement also but in reality that was nothing wrong with the driver's side no tears and that one was less than a few months old but they tried to get me to buy one and install it from them under the recommendation that if you replace one you should replace the other one. In reality what they should have done was inspected my driver side come and told me that my driver side looks really good but that they generally recommend replacing both at the same time. That would have given me an honest assessment of my driver side to go along with their recommendation rather than trying to fool me into thinking that both the driver side and the passenger side were torn and were required to be replaced. Before I left I inspected the driver side because fortunately for me they didn't have the driver side in stock and I went back and told the lady that there was nothing wrong with my driver side and you were going to have me replace what is essentially a brand new wiper just because of your general recommendation to replace both. I found it her and grumbled and this is not the way to do business. It's one thing to have a general recommendation it's another thing to try and make it sound like the other wiper was required and it's yet another thing to not provide a proper assessment to me of the condition of my wiper while making the recommendation for a new wiper. So basically this told me how they do business with any other types of large repairs and so forth and I would never go back to them again and I would never have service done there because it's clear that they're on the sky side and somewhat dishonest about the way they discuss things with the customer.
